Working for free

1.Shadowing: the activity of spending time someone who is doing a particular job so that you can learn how to do it! 
Ex.You need to get quality work experience or do some work shadowing. 
2.Haven’t a clue!:to be completely unable to guess, understand, or deal with something.
Ex. Don't ask your father which key to press - he hasn't got a clue about computers.

3.I think working for free is a bit difficult for me.

Although the interns' performance will certainly not be better than that of the regular positions, the output value they bring to the company still exists. Paying interns to companies is also an encouragement. If the company does not pay interns, it will almost treat the interns as free labor. I don’t think it is respectful.
